August 1, 2007

I fully expect to have the schedules completed and available by October 15th . Officials will have 5 days to accept or decline the dates. Officials working Division I must notify me of any conflicts immediately. Therefore accept your dates and when conflicts arise, please notify me immediately and you will be released from the PSAC assignment. I will begin to make reassignments in the near future, so it is imperative that you keep you closed dates current on Arbiter. If you wish to be considered for a PSAC fill-in, do not close a date for a Division III date. If you are open you are expected to accept all game and scrimmage assignments.

If you have any question concerning the number of assignments, the dates or location, please contact me directly. All assignments were based upon your year-end ratings from coaches, comments by the observers, game reports completed by game referees, tapes, Arbiter usage, participation at the In Service Camp.

Officials should follow the NCAA guidelines when reporting to the game sites.  Officials are permitted to wear leisure attire to the game site but only athletic equipment bearing PSAC logos may be worn.

Officials should report to the game management staff and go directly in the their respective dressing areas.  You are not permitted in the stands, sitting or standing prior to or following your assignment.  Additionally officials are NOT permitted to eat or consume beverages in the city in which the event is being played.
